I have read “The downstream society (Karyu Shakai)”. Author of this book is Atsushi Miura. Really interesting. According to “The downstream society (Kari Shake)”, Japanese young generation (18-38 ages) differentiate upper class and lower class. Upper class people work hard, lower class people do not work hard and have no long term plan. Children who have rich parents become rich people; children who have poor parents become poor people. Young generation was born in rich society; there are air conditioners, televisions, refrigerators or many good in their world.
Why people work so hard?

I will not go to company. My work is searching information of economic,　market,technology trends, etc. It’s like reference in library. What do you think my work ? I have been doing same work for sixteen years. So, leader of one group in information service section is me. I am bored with searching for client.

Yesterday, I went to Famous luxury Accessory Brand for presentation our reporting service alone. I could not speak in English, and hear French client’s English speaking there. I feel very humiliated my low ability to control language.
